The location of the hotel is offbeat, quiet, and serene, perfect for a peaceful getaway. the staff is exceptionally courteous and provides a personal touch to the service. the hotel offers a spa package that is real value for money, ensuring a memorable experience.
The taxi arrangement could be more professional, as guests heavily rely on private cabs for transportation.

Spending Christmas at this heritage hotel was a memorable experience. The location was peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The staff was friendly and provided exceptional service. The highlight of our stay was the spa package, which was definitely value for money.
While the hotel offered a variety of food options, it lacked continental and health foods which could have been a added attraction. The taxi arrangement needs to be improved, as guests are dependent on private cabs to come and go.

the decoration reminded me of the beautiful heritage hotels in Rajasthan. the hotel staff was very helpful and polite. the location was peaceful and it was easy to access from nearby areas.
Although, the hotel was aesthetically pleasing, there were a few drawbacks. the food options could be more diverse and offer a continental or health option.
